Popped into Carters on Thursday afternoon for some fencing timber. Joe helped us choose the timber and arrange delivery. Delivered to our house first thing Friday morning. Delivery driver kindly offloaded the timber without any help as I was busy on a call. A big “thank you” to Joe and the rest of the Carters team for your awesome service!
Great team, good service. Team know what they are doing, there are occasional BBQ and coffee is great too. Lot of tools and materials available. Most of Staff are friendly but they are busy so be respectful and they'll respect you too.

There’s this PRIMO AS guy there named Marcell, total legend honestly I never write reviews but this man is a hard worker. Top notch fella give this guy a raise.
Very good customer service. Good quality range of products. Staff is helpful and suggests the ways to meet requirements especially Barry who goes that extra mile to serve. Price is reasonable. Getting around the yard may be a little difficult but that is acceptable.
