   I went to order from this place as all the other eateries were still closed at 4am inside the Wellington Airport. I was just starting to order when the old lady at the counter greeted me with such rudeness as if I'm already being a pain. Her attitude towards me and the look on her face was like telling me to stop ordering 'cause she's not happy that they have people to serve that morning. She obviously could not handle even just a few customers. I would like to commend the kind gesture of her younger colleague though who gave me a sympathetic smile and whispered sorry to me. I felt so embarrassed in front of a friend who was visiting from abroad. He asked me if that's how kiwis behave. That old lady/staff was clearly not a kiwi, I told my friend. And all the other staffs in Wellington airport from the check-in counters and immigration were so polite and friendly.

   Best bang for your buck, eggs and toast breakfast option for $13, cheapest at the domestic terminal. The wooden forks and knife are horrible to use. Ask for real cutlery and they are happy to give to you. great little pitstop eats before hopping on the next flight. Great meal timing turnover, customer service could use some work, overall 4/5 experience.

   On my way back to Auckland and was at the Wellington airport. Felt like a burger so decided to have a burger. It was really nice, succulent chicken and crispy bacon. Good fries too.

   I had lunch from here on my last visit to the capital (last year) and the staff were very helpful and friendly last time and this time was no different (this year). The staff member was kind and very helpful when I went up to order. I ended up going with the Jungle Fries as I just wanted a hot snack before my flight and since I hadn't had lunch yet this was also kind of a late lunch. They came out piping hot and nicely seasoned and the dipping sauce I got to choose as I'm a bit fussy with tomatoe sauce. They have a buzzer service and you pick up your order from either side of the stall.

   Ordered the Jungle fries which took 20 mins. They were cold, overcooked and the bacon was leathery and disgusting. I would not recommend eating here. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. 3 staff were just walking around trying to look important but not actually doing anything.

   Great service and nice people to greet you early morning before boarding a long flight. Had the combo toasted cheese scone and large cappuccino. The coffee was especially good.

   Food is slightly above average airport’s food. But coffee wasn’t as good as I read hear, probably because I got it in almond milk which was terrible, I had to throw it out unfortunately. Staff were nice and friendly.

   Mele was absolutely fantastic. She saw me pushing my wheelchair with my bag on it, using my crutches, and offered to set me and bring a menu to the table. From there she took my order and payment, making life a lot easier for me. Mele was friendly and polite throughout. What a fantastic asset to the company she is! The food was good too. I ordered the buttermilk coated chicken burger. Was tasty and what you expect from a burger joint. Pricewise, it is priced like all other options at the airport - high than normal and if you weren't at the airport you wouldn't consider paying those prices. From service alone and how quickly the food arrived (8 minutes or so), I was really happy.
