   Poor experience, no investors or tenants should go with them. They do poor inspections and when it comes to the time of exit they will report all issues as major problems and look for ways to debit from your bond. It has been over 10 days since we vacated property and have had to follow up multiple times regarding the status of the refund. Poor experience and quality of staff. Also worked with Nicole Tran from the same company .They are looking at ways to recover the costs due to their mismanagement of the property.

   Avoid These Property Managers for a Peaceful Experience Our experience with this property management company, particularly with Nicole Tran, has been nothing short of frustrating. We live in a city apartment, and their irresponsibility is evident in every interaction. When our fridge stopped working (from day1), they ignored our complaints for months. After repeated follow-ups, they claimed it was our responsibility and even threatened to bill us for the repairs. Infact sent us the invoice to clear. They always side with the owners, refusing to provide basic proof, such as invoices for supposedly "new" items like mattresses. Emails and complaints are routinely ignored, forcing tenants to chase them down with multiple reminders just to get essential issues addressed. I submitted a 14-day notice, yet two months later, the issue is still unresolved. If you're looking for a stress-free renting experience, I strongly recommend avoiding their listings. They consistently blame tenants without evidence, all to dodge their responsibilities and save costs.

   I recommend other real estate. Mattress have stain, strong smell and some bugs. They send an invoice of steam clean but I could not find a company of cleaning service…..no hp no phone number and email. When I move in everywhere is dirty. I already had eczema all my body I hope no bed bugs….

   Couldn't recommend them enough! We rented through VCR for 4 years, 2 years in a studio and 2 years in a 2 bedroom in the Parc. Both rentals we had great communication, mainly with Bella or Jennifer but everyone we had contact with in the office was great. Not sure if other reviews were bad timing but if we had any maintenance issues, they were resolved quickly. If we were to move back to the city, they'd be the first rental company we'd reach out to.
