   The golf bag colour I ordered was back and blue, the bag that was delivered - eventually, was black and grey. I say "eventually" because the person despatching the bag left off the unit and street number from the delivery address so the courier company didn't know where to leave it. No notification to me of course, and it would have been at their depot forever unless I had spotted a very small notification on the tracking website saying "more information required". After a chat or three with their lack of help desk, I finally got the, wrong coloured, bag. A note to Rebels feedback page on their website has gone unanswered. So them asking me for a review was possibly yet another screw up they have made. I just hope that Rod Duke reads his store's reviews.

   Not one to bad review. Purchased some new size US11 boots for touch and arrived at the game put them on and they were incorrect size size US11 woman not men. Tried to move in them as first game of season but impossible. Came to return the pair of boots for the men’s and was denied as I put them on and walked in them. I spend $1000 every year on myself and 4 young boys and to be sent away was pretty avg.

   Went in yesterday - unacknowledged and ignored the entire time, while two teen boys were running full speed around, tackling and carrying on very loudly in-store freely. Where has customer service gone??? The guy at the counter didn't bother to look up even once, and the female staff member moving stock around, also ignored us. She looked unapproachable anyway. Massive thumbs down. Won't be back.

   Good size parking lot lots of spaces . ♿ Wheelchair parking and accessibility. Large warehouse with a good variety of sports apparel. They have clearance offers and discounts.

   Big store selling effectively all of the big brands. Shoe shopping is problematic due to store layout and the Rebel propensity to house their stock in store. If they don't have your size, forgetaboutit. Staff view your presence as a distraction.

   Ella & Kayla provided exceptional service today. I came in with a photo of what i needed & even though the shop was buzzing with foot traffic i still felt like i had the attention required for me to make a sound decision with what i was after. This store is my new favourite rebel store in Auckland. Clean, professional & hospitable. Cheers girls.
