Awesome place to take the kids. We attended a birthday party. They set a area up for us and catered food and water. There's a Cafe with decent food. Plenty of parking It get hot during summer, keep the kids hydrated. No complaints.

Our sonβs birthday at Bouncin Avondale was completely ruined by chaos and poor management. Staff couldnβt find our booking, food was delayed, and our meals went to another group. The way we were treated compared to the other party next door felt unequal and dismissive. Weβll never recommend this place to anyone.

Iβve been bringing my under 5 children here for a few years, it seems to be getting more and more unclean each time we visit. The ball pit area for the little ones smelt extremely bad today, like old urine. Iβm questioning if there has been any deep cleaning for a while as there is a lot of build up of hair and dust. The kids have fun and itβs safe enough with plenty of space for parents to sit and watch at a safe distance.

Bounce Avondale is an absolute triumph for families looking to let their children unleash boundless energy in a safe and engaging environment. This well-maintained facility provides a fantastic array of trampolines and fun elements, from interconnected jump zones to dodgeball courts and even a dedicated miniBOUNCE area for younger children, ensuring there's something to stimulate every age group. It's an ideal spot for kids to get some excellent physical exercise, developing coordination and balance while simply having a blast. Crucially, the pricing is quite reasonable for the quality and variety of entertainment on offer, making it a highly recommended destination for parents seeking an active and enjoyable outing in Auckland.

A very terrible experience. Racism is rampant in New Zealand. This place is mostly filled with Kiwis, and there arenβt many Asians around. Perhaps because of that, our child was treated differently. When we entered, we asked a young female staff member if we could wear our own grip socks, and she said yes. We purchased a 2-hour ticket, but after only one hour of play, a white male staff member stopped us and said we couldnβt continue unless we bought their socks. However, this requirement was not clearly stated at the time of ticket purchase. While it might have been written in the terms and conditions, who really reads every line of fine print just to go to a play centre? What upset us most was that this staff member clearly saw others not wearing their branded socks, did nothing about it. I even pointed it out to him, but those people were never asked to buy socks. I even took a few photos that clearly show Kiwi kids wearing their own socks without any issues, we were the ones who were required to buy theirs.

Watching my granddaughter and her poppa bouncing having fun bought a lot of joy. My granddaughter turned 3 and had her party upstairs. What a wonderful place!

Kids liked it. On a rainy day it was just the ticket. Parking can be a challenge, but this is more of a customer made issue as people hawk for parks on the premises. My tip is go early and park on the road outside.

We had our son's b'day party here and everything was a breeze. There were some last minute changes to numbers and they were great at accommodating us. From the moment you arrive they assign you a host that guides you on what's happening and when. In our case this was Renee and she was fantastic, kept the kids on track and made the whole thing really fun. We were assigned a large room that was up stair that accommodated the 19 kids and 10+ adults. Kids loved it and the parents too. Venue is clean and tidy and it wasn't over crowded. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, great place and atmosphere, plenty of parking on site.
