At first we really enjoyed the experience. The show was great. The problem we had was with the Big playnet. The holes were so tight that our daughter couldnt get out again and there was a big noy scaring all the little kids inside. We couldn't see anything and just heard her scream in terror. We struggled ourselves to get her out. A big attraction but maybe consider an age limit and loosen the holes.

Boys loved it and want to go back Busy place, lovely atmosphere. Staff are great. Sit back, have a munch and cold drink watching your kids have fun playing, what else do you want.

Sorry but the hype over this location is certainly overrated. I’ve been wanting to visit for so long and finally did today, 40 min plus drive. We arrived whilst it was quiet, it took over 20min to get staff to take our drink order , so maybe 30-40min to get 3 drinks for the table and even water. The place was quiet at the time, no one close by to wave down. After our drink order it took so long do them to come and get our meal order, to the point of insane, it was 30min at least. I actually suggest the owner to look through camera footage of what’s going on here and question your staff. The coffee wasn’t hot either, warm but definitely a waste of money when you can have a hot one at home. When our meals arrived, I thought , wow this is impressive, it was beautiful but unfortunately it was cold! Oh my goodness, as much as I wanted to complain, I was catching up with friends after so long , so I didn’t say anything but extremely disappointing. We didn’t have kids, but $7.50 per child to use that playground is ridiculous, I’m sorry, that’s just insane. It’s a nice playground but let’s be real with pricing here. Many locations that offer a child friendly cafe are free, so at the least charge a reasonable price if you must charge, it should actually be free for any parents eating/drinking. On top of all of this, we get told we need to give up our table, mate, you’ve taken forever to get our drink order than another long period to get our meal order, most of our time at the table was taken up waiting for staff and not eating/drinking!! If you do still visit, decide what you want in advance and request your drink/meal as soon as you as arrive , trust me or better yet skip this location and spend your money somewhere where staff actually want to do work and serve you.

We celebrated our son’s third birthday here yesterday and it was the perfect venue for it. Helpful and attentive staff, wonderful food, and an open and inviting atmosphere for the children to play. A very family friendly place. Thank you Whoa! Studios ✨

It was an amazing experience for us. The play area was very good the kids loved. We did have a great time with our friends. The restaurant looks really cozy and relaxing.

I took my three year old son and the service was excellent. I didn't need a booking which made it easier to just pop in. It's only over the road from Henderson Train Station so it's handy if you need to take public transport. They gave us a table and customised our order to suit us (vegan and gluten free). Then I got him a park pass ($7.50) and took him to the playground. He absolutely loved it, especially the crochet style maze. They have a parents room so was easy to take him to the bathroom. Then finally we finished up with a sorbet choc ice cream! Already making plans to meet my friends with kids for a playdate in a couple of weeks' time!

A large play center by the Ground Eatery. There is quite a lot for kids to do here like run around on the playground or go on the giant net. It is a nice place for kids to run around in, before or after eating. The tuck shop is also a nice place to grab some ice cream.
