I recently took my sons to Gravity Mt Wellington after they had been in an accident. They were quite nervous and hesitant to get back on the trampolines. I was approached by Shahad, the manager, on her day off. Even though she didnβt have to, she kindly approached us and spent time with my boys. She spoke to them gently and reassured them that they were safe. Her patience and encouragement helped them slowly build up their confidence. By the end of the visit, they were smiling, laughing, and jumping again. It was such a relief to see them enjoying themselves after everything they had been through. Shahad truly went above and beyond in a way that not many people would. Iβm so grateful for her kindness and the difference she made for my family that day. We will definitely be coming back!

Brought my grandkids here today, 22/09/2025 and I have been observing the young man who works here. Sent my granddaughter to ask his name. Sam is an amazing young man, patient with young and old. Helpful, while picking up stuff off the floor. Engaging with the young oneβs as they jump. Then dashing off to help with making coffee. Sam has made this experience such a memorable one, with his lovely friendly, kind, patient attitude. What an amazing employee, son or friend he appears to be. Thank you Sam.

Awesome trampoline park, fun for all ages. It's also a good place to hold a Kid's birthday party. Easy booking online and they make it really easy and stress-free. They have different areas to cater for different party sizes. There was adequate parking when we went on a Saturday, but do watch out for any reserved parking spaces

Poorly maintained, filthy carpets, barely anything for toddlers to play with in the toddler play area, toddler area isnβt cordoned off so they often wander into other areas easily if not monitored. Huge gaping holes with metal reinforcements missing. Definitely wouldnβt waste my money here again. No foam in the foam pit. Bird poop all over !!!

On July 8, at noon, I brought the children to have a fun time. very stuffy inside, no fresh air inlet, smells of sweat inside. There are not enough desk chairs for adults. equipment inside is old torn and dirty. It is necessary to renew the equipment inside and increase the security measures. The wooden parts inside need to be covered with sponge. if you are providing services for children, safety and cleanliness should be the first priority. otherwise the children are happy when they play. I write these thoughts because we adults think about them.

We were very impressed with our visit! Gravity has something for all ages, keeping them busy and entertained for the entire time. We liked that there is a range of activities and options for the kids to explore :)

We visited this place for a birthday party. The area is large and decent sized trampolines are installed. Hourly sessions are available for kids to enjoy on trampolines. The birthday party spaces are decent sized. They allow outside food which works well for quite a lot of people. Ample parking is available on the premises. A small cafe is also in here serving coffee and some snacks. The location is easily accessible by road. Staff are nice and helpful.

Definitely more for kids but 1hr of bouncing is a great workout for adults too - you just might get some strange looks and have to be careful of small children not aware of their surroundings. Not super busy on the Sunday morning I was there, so plenty of space to bounce. Didnβt book in advance and turned up on the hour so no wait time. Great playlist. Have seen better foam pits and the bathroom was very unclean but the general set up and trampoline options were good
