   We would like to thank the kumeu rental team on picking a tenant that seems to change the word peaceful. Last night my mum of 93 who had been in hospital and wanted to go to bed couldn't because the new tenant in waimauku decided to have a party. The word peaceful turned in a very loud night. She ended up sleeping in her chair until midnight when we finally got some peace. My advise do t use them.

   Sarah worked extremly hard to get our property sold in such a difficult market, Her experience and knowledge was a real asset for us. On top of that Sarah kept us well informed and was always affable, empathetic and positive. We, including our two Cavoodles, would look forward to her visits and catching up. This has been a tough market to sell a property and we feel very fortunate to have had Sarah sell our much loved property. We would 100% recommend Sarah.

   As long as you don't have to live next to a rental these people rent out, Paige Parker is a sad excuse of a letting agent,total disregard of neighbours of their lousy tenants if your a landlord stay clear your property is probably being trashed

   We have dealt with the team at Ray White Kumeu through 2 sales and a purchase, most recently the sale of our current house with Sarah. Sarah was amazing, and in a tough market (previously tried for 13 weeks with not even an offer), the house was sold within 6 days without a compromise on our asking price (we did bring it down a little from previous - but this is after a straight forward and honest conversation with Sarah and Andrew). We couldn't be happier, as the post sales service continued to ensure all the finer points and even a settlement date change, happened seamlessly. We would highly recommend Andrew, Sarah, Steve and the team at Ray White Kumeu - good honest and friendly service.
