The staff here always look like everyone owes them money — no smile, no basic courtesy. Every time I order takeaway, something is missing from the bag. It’s honestly the worst Pita Pit I’ve ever been to, no exaggeration.
Food is not bad at all but service leaves A LOT to wish for. CJ is amazing but one female staff member during wednesday lunch was extremely rude. You can tell she hates her job and doesn't want to be there, but makes it feel like its your fault. She refuses to engage or acknowledge you and can't even answer a single menu question without being condescending. Her hygiene was also disgusting. Saw her pick her nose and wipe her mouth with the same hands she cooks food. Lastly, tables were sticky and not taken care of, which made dining in very uncomfortable. If this is how staff treat their customers and prepare their food, then it says a lot about the standards here. Absolutely shameful.
Great pita. What really stood out was the staff member that served me. He was absolutely lovely. Didn't get his name, but whoever was working tonight at 1810, the best customer service.

Thank you to Maddy & CJ for being so wonderful - when we stopped by it had been a long and pretty awful day and their thoughtful, attentive and kind service made such a difference. They prepped the most amazing food and ensured that four people did not only enjoy a much needed good meal, but also had their day brightened considerably - thank you Maddy & CJ!
I rarely eat at Pita Pita and for good reason. I spent $51 on dinner for my wife and I. We were disappointed with the ChocoNana smoothie and our pitas. The ChocoNana smoothie was runny, my wife's pita did not have avocado and my regular pita looked more like a small. I've found too much variability across the different outlets and will avoid eating here again.
