I've been going to Lisa for a few years now and I absolutely love my one-on-one pampering sessions with her. She's a very experienced hairstylist and is always willing to share her knowledge, she's given me some great advice. She uses excellent, high quality products and equipment and I always leave her salon feeling a million dollars.
Lisa is fantastic. As a first time client, she really took her time to understand what I was looking to achieve. Honestly, the best colour I've had in many years. As a natural redhead, my colour has really faded with age. Lisa knew exactly how to mix the perfect colour to suit my skintone. She also recommended I cut about 7 cm off...looks great now. I'm new to the area and am thrilled I found Haven Hair Design.

Myself and my long misbehaving locks were completely spoilt at Haven today. - Initial consult was thorough and unhurried with Lisa offering inspired advice and discussion - Luxurious hair wash and therapeutic scalp massage by Ella - Then a Semi-permanent colour/gloss (all new Technology) by Wella that has succeeded in blending in all my greys, smoothing softening and glossing my unruly mop, best of all it gently fades out so no obvious regrowth for me. - Hair then dried and smoothing serum to go.. oh and there was also coffee Honestly I cannot fault the service and care offered here.. One very satisfied customer who is now looking and feeling FABULOUS Have most definitely rebooked Thank you Xx
Lisa and Ella are so lovely and take such good care of their clients. I have always felt a bit anxious going to salons but these guys put me at ease with their welcoming environment and easy chat. My hair is hard work and I have had a lot of bad experiences. Lisa listens to what you want and gives educated and honest advice with what can be achieved. I'm stoked. Ella did a balayage on me last week. From the get go she was extremely warm and welcoming and I felt nothing but comfortable with her doing my hair. It was my first time getting my hair coloured at this salon and she exceeded my expectations. The results came out beautifully and my blow out looked amazing. Highly recommend, will be going back to her!
Lisa is just brilliant! She’s experienced and knowledgeable and I felt completely at ease with her as she really listens to what you want and gives great advice.
