   Blonde lady with the silver facial piercings was absolutely fantastic! She made our subs so quickly yet was friendly and didn’t skimp on our toppings. Very amazing and hard working young women. Thank you !

   I ordered the fully loaded Mexican subdog. It was very difficult for customers to hear the first server who mumbled behind the screen with her head down. I chose the foot long and roasted garlic bread. Everything had to be repeated. After the cheese was grilled and the not warm hot dogs were added she stalled. Neither she not the next server knew what to add. I said fully loaded, just like the sign. That didn't help. I had to read out each ingredient for them. Then the failed to add the avocado or salsa. The next werver corrected the second server. So she asked if I wanted extra avocado. Ni, it is on the fully loaded description and she had added none. She is confused but finally adds very little and still no salsa. Communication is very poor in this subway. When I ate the subdog the dog was cold. Not nearly heated enough. Really disappointing.

   Every time I order online and select “toasted,” they just ignore it. What’s the point of having the option if they don’t follow it? Clearly just trying to save time instead of caring about the customer. Really disappointing.

   Pigeon wandered out of the back room as I was being served and then landed on the serve after I got my food. Staff didn’t seem to care and weren’t around when bird was eating crumbs from the serve and pecking at the open food containers.

   Be careful your sandwich guy doesnt pick up stuff off the floor to put in the bin, and touch the walls, before he makes your sandwich... Its great hes tidying up. But I think he forgets what hes touching along the way... Please change your gloves!!! Service etc wonderful but I can't give more than 1 star for this error in hygiene in the interest of Public safety!!!
