   We placed a significant order with the Trophy Centre and well over half of the medals had the wording peeled off the back and the quality of the actual medal was really disappointing. When we contacted the Sales Team they were very dismissive, informing us they hadn’t had any problems. It was once we spoke with Management we were informed this was a known problem. We will not be giving them our business again!!

   I am so impressed with the outstanding service provided by the team at TrophyCentre. I wanted a special gift to give to a friend celebrating a big occasion and thought that an engraved glass would be perfect. Because I was unable to visit the shop I placed my order by phone and asked if the gift could be couriered. Not only were they super helpful and friendly to deal with but they sent a photo of the finished product which was perfect and presented beautifully in a box ready for them to send off for me. I am sure my friend will be thrilled with the gift and I was thrilled with the fantastic service. Thank you so much.

   Very impressed with product knowledge and customer service. I am super happy with a glass engraving on a trophy. The showroom has every kind of trophy and award you could ever wish for.. but I wish I had more reason to shop there. It's rare these days for me to feel it was a pleasure doing business somewhere but it was here. Very efficient and good communication too.
