   I recently dropped in to see if they were able to repair the band of a ring that had caught on a door and twisted out of shape. The lovely gentleman behind the counter took it to the jeweler to see if it was something they could do, and was back within a minute with the repair done, free of charge! Fantastic experience, amazing customer service, beautiful jewelry, and they now have a customer for life. I cannot recommend highly enough for all jewelry needs, whether repairs/redesigns or purchases.

They have just fixed my mother in laws necklace that another jeweler said could not be fixed and she is super happy with the care and attention they gave her necklace and the fact they were willing to try to fix it meant so much to her.    Mastership and great customer experience, twice now! My partner and I took a silver ring with complex patterns on it to this shop couple years ago. We wanted it sized up. They took the ring and confirmed first that they could do it without altering the patterns. Final result after resizing was perfect. This year, we went in and asked for our bespoke rings to be made, with a special twist engraved in the inside (an atypical small character we drew). They have been amazing at taking the time to find the right ring for both of us, and they explored options about the character engraving before confirming to us. Final result is exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend :)
