   Claudia and her team at CareVets Jville are amazing!!! Not only did we get our kitten from them nearly 2 years ago, when she sadly passed and I informed the team the most thoughtful card appeared in the mail a few days later from Claudia and signed by herself and the team. A kind and thoughtful gesture we still hold dear to us today! This team truly have a true passion, empathy and understanding for all walks of life, 2 and 4 legged. The team are kind and considerate and have the best intentions for their patients and their owners!!! 10/10 will support this clinic as a human touch and genuine support in this industry can be hard to find. We still keep the card on the fridge to remind us that our little Lilo had a lasting impact on us and the team ❤️

   I had a terrible experience at Johnsonville CareVets because of Claudia. She was mean, rude, and made me feel completely uncomfortable. My dog is healthy, but she insisted on giving her own negative opinions. As a migrant, I felt discriminated against and judged based on my socio-economic status, and she even tried to charge me extra. She showed no kindness, respect, or understanding. I left feeling hurt, frustrated, and very disappointed. I will never return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

   CareVets Johnsonville are so kind. The vets and staff in the clinic were so empathetic and lovely when our cat, Hyde was hit by a car and passed away. We were completely devastated and came into the clinic in a mess, but the staff took us to a room and gave us time to be with him. They cleaned him up so we could give him a final cuddle, which I truly appreciate as we didn’t know the state he was in. I felt glad I could say a proper goodbye to our sweet boy. He was such a lovely cat, and we miss him dearly. The staff did so well handling such a tough situation, and I can’t thank them enough. They gave us his little paws and a tuft of hair when we picked him up a week later. Thank you so much for your kindness. I would recommend the clinic to anyone. All our other pets visit here for their other needs.

   The team at CareVets are really kind and friendly . They are so accommodating as well and I can see they really love animals ! We enrolled Max into his puppy class with Catherine and she has been so kind . Just such a positive environment for your puppy! Definitely would have enrolled max here for vet services if we lived in johnsonville :)

   Excellent event and a fantastic experience with registering our pets. When we needed to book an appointment, it was fast and efficient, and we were able to be seen within the hour. Only had to wait 10 minutes before seeing the vet.

   Amazing practice - super helpful, friendly and caring staff and our vet, Charlie, took great care of our baby. We were super worried that the care was going to be over priced, as we had paid ridiculous vet bills at the previous vet, however the bills were reasonable and considerate of our affordability and the ongoing care our baby would need. Thank you to Charlie and all the staff who took the time to explain through my tears and panicking. :)

   Couldn't recommend this veterinary practice to more people. The staff are professional, the costs are fair and you know what you're getting into upfront. The staff bother to learn your names and the names/behaviour/personality of your pets' and when you're going through a rough time (big surgeries, euthanasia etc) they're really supportive.
