Good communication but the workmanship was poor. We had our bathroom walls tiled and new fittings put in. A new vanity included as well (which has minor chips before it was even used). Tiles were roughly sawed off, not sanded down smoothly. Grouting put in was not tidy. The edging of the mini shelve we had was poorly sealed and it looked ugly. Not sure where they got their tradie from. Our tap for our mixer fell off before we even used it. The tiles were not taken down to the bathtub level and instead the tradie put a whole lot of sealant that was not smooth. Lots of the green waterproofing paint got onto the bath tub. Got a second guy to come remedy some of the poor finishing and it was ok. I still had to fix up a lot of the tardy workmanship. Some items that were promised to be included in the quote, was later dropped off and we had to scramble around to find it. E.g. shelving to put shampoo bottles and mirror.
I had 2 significant problems. One the new heavier kitchen doors they put in broke the old hinges immediately they refused to fix them. I accepted a quote just before 30 days but even though it said valid for 30 days they put the price up after acceptance.
Very happy with the extractor fan install Oncore did for me. Great communication and job was done as quoted. Happy to recommend.

We had some work that needed repair in a very short time as it was picked up during a builders report as part of sale of our house. We wanted to get all work completed by settlement and Kevin D'Souza and his Oncore team did a great job with waterproofing a bathroom, retiling, refitting plumbing as well as plasterboards and repainting. The buyer of the house was happy with the work completed and the settlement went through OK. Thanks Kevin for all of your hard work.
