Customer Services are prompt and helpful. The two technicians were polite and respectful, gave good answers to questions and options so I could choose the best and most affordable solution.

We can't speak highly enough of the team who came to fix our fault. Terry and Ben are absolute stars. They even went back to the office to get the paperwork we needed before Vector would reconnect as we couldn't get it on our phone. Spoke to but didn't meet Dean however he was very helpful too. As for Vector "customer service"...hmmmmm!

I had a kitchen extractor put in and I want to say a huge thank you for making the process so easy. Everything looks super great, works perfectly and my place was left so clean and tidy.
Great service. I had to replace my washing machine and remembered at the last minute that the old one was hard wired into the wall. They were able to come within a couple of hours and put in a new socket, and fixed my heated towel rail at the same time.
Quick service at a good price. Cheaper than other companies but they do a fantastic job. I had another company attend before Laser and the guy couldn’t fix my power outage (first of all he was too old and weak to pull out a fuse for starters). The laser electrician came in and was young yet very Knowledgeable and actually left with everything working. Couldn’t recommend a better electrician service
Have used Laser Electrical 3 times now - twice for standard electrical work (fitting security cameras and adding power points) and once for wiring our house for LAN. Each time, the team have been friendly (especially the technicians) and did a great, tidy and comprehensive job. Highly recommended.
so far the experience I have had has not been pleasant. I rang them on the 14th of June to book my job on the 26th of June at 7:30am, hoping the job would be done by lunch time as I have two other appointments booked on the same day. On that morning nobody showed up. I rang them to ask why and find out they didn't book me at all. Even though they managed to get somebody to come in the afternoon, I had to spend the whole morning waiting and had to cancel my other two appointments in the afternoon. They charged me $440 to install five lights and they didn't do a good enoug job. One of the light in the dinning room was not leveled, three lights in my kitchen above the bench were not at the same level and the one in the middle was not leveled. Tried to contact them to come back and adjust them for me and they wanted to charge me and refused to come back at all. When trying to reason with them, they tried to blame back to me that I didn'y buy the suitable lights. Well, you accepted the job and you get paid every minute you work on it, why wouldn't I expect a good outcome of every dollar I paid. I paid for the bill straight after I received it on the 1st of July, and received another bill on the 8th of July asking me to pay for it again. Will file a claim through dispute tribunal to collect the money that I have to spend to fix their job.
We recently completed extensions and upgrades to our house including a swimming pool, Laser not only offered competitive pricing, but it was their additional professional input of offering and explaining the options available when requested. Helpful staff that always turned up on time and left the site tidy. Highly recommended.
