   They came to clear a blockage in a downpipe. This took 2 visits to identify as they deemed it a two man job. About 20 mins was also spent clearing some soap debris from the shower outlet. We then received a bill for $862.50 telling us about the blocked downpipe but with no plan or suggestion for repair. We ended up having to fix it ourselves, cutting the downpipe and reconnecting with a sleeve from Mitre 10 for $15. We entered into communication with them, but they were uninterested. We were left feeling totally ripped off and they would not budge on the bill.

   What was a mistake call the first time: I thought it was the number for a competitor, Mr Walker turned out to be a blessing in disguise. They saved my day and fixed my shower. I called them back and said this isn’t a mistake call this time, can you help me? They did indeed. Professor and polite service. We’re looking forward to using them again for all our old house jobs.    I got Mr Walker to replace a toilet seat. Not only was that installed well with no fuss or bother I then asked if they could do additional jobs - and they did. Not all services will let you tag on additional work. We talked through cost effective ways to do the other jobs and I cannot speak highly enough of the service. I felt the serviceman really worked with me rather than fobbing me off with a 'not worth fixing anymore' speech and rocketing out the door nto the next jjob. Great service, price was right and all my stuff was fixed and has stayed fixed which doesnt always happen in a old home.
