Fantastic team to work with, super helpful with transitioning my mini schnauzer to a raw diet in January. Helpful veterinary advice and tips, Stan has been in fantastic health since transitioning to raw and no longer vomits or has upset tummy. We get the wild mixes, organs, tripe, bone broth, veal bones, pilchards, and some powder supplements. Love how quickly the orders arrive and the fantastic communication always!!
My new favourite shop. Lovely and helpful lady. Great variety of everything. I was mainly looking at dog and cat products. Great prices. I will be returning frequently.
We just purchased veal neck bone bag of 3kg "bush to bowl" when I xame home and looked at the bones I can see they were defrosted and frozen again! Pieces are not only veal neck but also rib cage despite the bag saying its only veal neck bones! I will be contacting owner to investigate but the product is of questionable low quality
I have not visited the store, but have shopped online many times and also rung the staff for advice, and am very happy with the prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable help I have received. My dog is very difficult to feed as he has had major digestive issues since birth, but he loves Mighty Mix and we are exceedingly relieved to have found something he enjoys and will eat.

Cindy and the team are always so incredible and have the best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time they also have incredible raw dog food meal plans. My dog has been on it since he was a puppy and he loves it!
I live in Auckland City but I prefer to use Pet Naturals for my puppy's food and treats. I have found that the staff always have time to answer my questions and give sound advice about nutrition. They won't sell you something that is not good for your pet. Online delivery service works really well.....otherwise great to head up for pick up order and take a walk along the beach and grab a bite to eat in one of Orewa's great cafes and bars.
