I could not rate Jump Swim School more highly. From the moment we joined, we have been made to feel like part of the family. Debbie, the owner, is genuinely passionate about seeing every child progress, and her commitment shows in every interaction. The teachers are amazing, especially Isabella who is absolutely exceptional. They are patient, mature, and consistently caring, which creates a calm and supportive learning environment. My children have made steady, meaningful progress and are both growing into confident, capable swimmers. I’m grateful for the care and professionalism the whole team brings to each lesson.

I can highly recommend Jump! My daughter has come here for nearly 3 years. She has learned to swim and is very confident in the water. Debbie and the team are great! Class numbers are really small, about 1:4.
We had a not so positive experience in this swim school with our daughter with Autism. I booked for a free trial over the phone and clearly informed the staff that she has Autism. The only question she asked was ‘Is she alright with the noise because there’s 2 classes going at the same time?’ and I said yes. I had to prepare my child and she was so excited for it. When we went there for the trial, the other staff said she could not let my daughter in for safety concerns not only for my daughter but for the other kids in the class and my daughter MIGHT DISTRACT THE OTHER KIDS! I’m surprised she already judged my daughter even without doing the trial. I asked her so what shall we do then? She said you have to contact us again. To all mums with kids with hidden disabilities wanting to book in this facility, please make sure the staff fully understands your child’s condition before coming for a trial. Save yourself for disappointment and extreme MELTDOWN. To Jump Albany, please educate your staff about costumer service especially for families with disabled kids. It might look insignificant but for these families, it might be a traumatic experience. Currently, my daughter is thriving and enjoying her swimming lessons at the other swim school. She follows instructions so well, learns a lot everytime and is not distracting other kids.
Had our first lesson there today for our 3 month old. Such a well thought out layout, making it so easy for us to get him ready and get him all sorted out after. The instructor was so lovely and made us both feel comfortable. Can't wait to be back next week for his next lesson!

The facilities are lovely and well thought out for a family of all ages. The heaters, the change tables, and extras in the changing rooms are perfect and make it easier for parents. The schools best quality is the staff, the teachers are lovely. They make you a part of their family, and encourage the children and inspire them to love the water. The children are taught proper techniques and assessed regularly to make sure they are getting the most out of the lessons. It really is a lovely place for children to learn and be a part of.
Great teachers! Nice and clean environment! Everything is so thoughtful! Especially the heater in each individual changing room would help a lot in winter time! My daughter loves the swimming classes here, and has made a great process since she joined jump swimming school! Hannah is always friendly and patiently with children, always smile and talking to the children in a nice manner! All the other staffs are also so friendly at welcoming parents and children! Best swimming school ever! Highly recommend!
