I had my full medical here in CMA. It was a long trip, but it was worth it. Recently, I faced a medical issue that had me so worried. We returned to CMA several times to provide my previous medical documents for immigration. My husband and I are so grateful for the assistance of the receptionist and the doctors there. They all helped resolve the issue and supported the approval of my visa. Thank you, CMA!❤️
A convenient place to have medical consultations, blood test and X-rays done in one location. Christene stood out for her exceptional service—she explained every step clearly and kept us informed throughout. I haven't encountered a person as organized, proactive, and kind as her! Despite a stressful situation with an unclear X-ray and a tight timeline, she went above and beyond to assist us. I am giving it 4 star just because it would have been helpful to repeat the X-ray issue earlier rather than going through 8-weeks process to get the right xray which was clear with no issues. (Also way less expensive)
Wouldn't recommend, one of my worst medical experiences. Maybe we caught the team on a off day as other reviews are positive, however we had a really bad experience here for a Visa medical. We arrived early but werent greeted for 5 minutes as the receptionist was ordering printer ink. After being handed some paperwork with no explanation of what preocedures would take place, the receptionist seemed very stressed appeared to be trying to switch our appointment time with a patient waiting in another room however none of this was communicated to use, we just overheard parts of a conversation. We were rushed to return paperwork and my partner was scolded for going to the bathroom while we waited and we were told we had now missed our appointment time because of it (even though it was still 20 mins before our scheduled time). We then saw the doctor who was rude, never asked our names or introduced himself, made sexist comments about my role as the female in the relationship, physically and verbally teased my partner for being overweight and used this to threaten us that he wouldn't pass the medical or the visa application (despite all test results coming back fine) and told my partner he was lucky to have found someone to love him in the context of his weight. Receptionist also walked in and interupted to discuss another patient whithout knocking. Whole experience was super upsetting and degrading and made an already stressful situation much worse. And paying over $500 to be treated this way was a real cherry on top.
Came here for an immigration medical exam. Really easy to book a session online (literally booked on the same day as my appointment) and there was pretty much no wait time. Great doctor (Dr. Whiteside) and super fast service from Christine at reception too - finished everything in 40 minutes. Thank you!
5 stars experience. They offered both medical exam and chest scan for immigration purpose. The doctor is very very nice. The process of medical exam went so smoothly. I highly recommended here if you want to get the medial exam for immigration service.
The best eMedical service I never have before. They are amazing and very professional. The friendly stuff and Doctor. Always reply the email on time and following up the process directly. They try to help you and give you the convenience as much as possible they can. 100 out of 10 satisfied with their service.
My experience here was very good. As it was my first medical check in New Zealand, I was pretty worried about the processes. But being in touch with capital medical comes out to be a pleasant experience. I straightly recommended to another student. Book your date on the Website. Read what you should prepare. Be on time. You will get clear instructions that will also answer what is expected after the medical check. The people here knows their jobs and does their jobs, and they are all supportive & friendly.
