   I don't know what's wrong with the immigration people in fiji high commission since you guys are not the only person busy we also take out time to call for some inquiries but they don't even answer the call I am trying to call them from last Tuesday buts still nobody as answered the call until now what with this system its better you guys not operated.

   Six months just to renew a passport… the new batch of passport are now getting handed out to everyone in Fiji even reached USA Fiji Embassy last week and people are already receiving it there but NZ being just 3 hours from Fiji are delayed… come on speed up please call the applicants and do your job calling and sending the passport as everyone has already paid for the courier package and answer the phones. The Fiji government needs to look in your office in Wellington to see what’s going on.

   I want to renew my passport and online appointment date is available on 9th Jan 2026. Such a hopeless system. Why cant I send my documents via courier for your to just renew my passport? also they need cash on application. cash for what?Have been call since morning and what a shame that no one can even answer a phone call. Get rid of the phone number from the website if you can’t even answer the call. Extremely disappointing

   The service has been terrible, my partner applied for a visa in august it’s now October and we leave on Sunday to Fiji. We still have not received anything back from the embassy. We have called at least 3 times a week sometimes there is an answer but most of the time they do not answer and there is no way of leaving a message. When they have answered they literally have no information or of no help. Recently they have said you will receive notice two weeks before departing, then they said one week. We are now only 6days before leaving still nothing. Please advise on how your protocol usually operates as I would say this is extremely below average.

   Very poor Customer service. I just spoke to a Fijian lady very very rude. Keeps saying all our information is online. I had further questions to ask she repeated herself and put me on hold.. What else can we expect from Fiji customer service though based in Wellington. Just disgusting service

   Worst embassy to be honest, been ringing them from 2 weeks and staying on call for hours but never ever gets answered. What a waste of tax payers money when Fijians have to struggle to access the services.

   Its been 3-4 weeks now my wife want to apply for passport renewal she is trying to contact via email and calls no one answered the phone or reply to any of her emails. Is there any other way to contact you guys? She needs her passport to be renewed as we are flying out. Can you please reply or answer the phone

   I have been ringing passport office from last week and even talked to first secretary who also forwarded my call to passport office -but no response todate. I went through website and sent message -no response. I believe under the management of such a humble and responsible man (High Commissioner) it is unbelievable that our Fiji people are experiencing suvh and appalling service for passport renewal.
