   Very happy with my visit here compared to the last time I came a couple of years ago. Had to wait 15min but they advised me of this upfront and stuck to it. The lady who saw me was very friendly and didn’t rush the job despite them being quite busy. I did however overhear them take more than one booking over the phone without even checking their diary or noting down the times/treatments people had booked so I can see how others who have shown up at a booked time still ended up waiting ages. It seems they just say yes to everything which is not the best business practice in my opinion - it would be better to be honest and market yourselves as a walk-in only salon so people don’t get disappointed from the get-go. But aside from that I was in happy with my actual service.
