She's very talented and her friendly attitude really helps you be at ease. She won't let you leave unsatisfied at her salon. Going back to her for some more treatments!

   After what Richie did to my hair last week, I will NEVER use this salon again, and I will never recommend it. He scalp bleached my regrowth, leaving it canary yellow and quite uneven in tone. When he cut it, instead of just trimming my hair into a neater shorter Bob, he cut it off. He said he would “give it some style”. He cut it in a way that I didn’t have awareness of exactly how it looked (because he was behind me) until it was far too late. It is uneven in colour and cut and it will take months to grow back to something I I can style at all, to something I won’t feel ashamed of. Because that is how I feel. Ashamed. Ashamed that I couldn’t stop him. Ashamed that I couldn’t say anything. Ashamed that I even care about my hair or appearance. I don’t want to go outside. Finding another hairdresser will be extremely difficult now. My trust is broken and I have to work through all the trauma, PTSD anxiety and depression that stuff like this triggers. Richie, you have seemingly no idea what impact you have in your role as a hairdresser. For the first time in a long time I was able to relax at the hairdresser- but you have destroyed my trust entirely.

   Was recommended Waterlily Hair and Beauty via the local FB community group, so thought we'd give it a go. Miss 9 got a decent chop, and Richie was great with clarifying her requests. He interacted really well with her, and the whole experience was really enjoyable. I returned the next day for my turn, and also enjoyed the experience. Richie's sense of humor and passion for people really shines through as he expertly looks after your hair. I plan on returning, and recommend you give them a go!
