    Very happy! I needed a very specific piece of inner door handle hardware. They listened well to what I needed (unlike the hardware store who dismissed me saying the inner rods are a standard width and I must have installed the door handle wrong), went into the back and found the perfect rod that fit all my requirements. Didn't even charge me for it becuase they said they had heaps. Thank you!!

    Excellent service. We dropped in off the street late Monday afternoon with a door handle that had fallen apart. Josh found parts that would work, and came Tuesday morning to install - prompt and efficient. Highly recommended. BTW mobility park close to ground floor showroom.

    Choice of product, overwhelming. Prices also overwhelming. Customer service, Take it or leave it. Didn't even provide sufficient screws for the handles I bought. And as for longer screws - go fish! Better customer service at Pete's Emporium.
