   Booked a group facial in preparation for my wedding. Danielle was really nice during my facial and provided some really good advice on my skincare routine. The complementary brow shape and tint was definitely worth it, and she spent so much time making them look really nice. Thank you so much, definitely recommend!

   I’ve been going to Urban Sanctuary for over 6 years now, and it’s hands down the best spa in Wellington. The team are incredible at what they do, they are the best of the best and always make me feel so comfortable and cared for. I regularly get my brows tinted and waxed (so affordable!), and they always make them perfect. I’ve also had massages and facials here, and every single time has been such a relaxing, luxurious experience, I always end up falling asleep; it's pure bliss! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff are so warm and professional. I couldn’t recommend Urban Sanctuary more highly, it truly is my go-to place to unwind and treat myself.

   The vibe of the whole place is super relaxing; modern and pleasing décor, calming music playing in every room. It's the best part of my week when I can come in after a long day and just zen out for a bit. I love coming to see Lucy, she's absolutely wonderful. So sweet and gentle, professional and friendly, and she always does amazing with my brows & lashes. She's very attentive and makes sure you understand the procedure you're committing to if it's not something you've had done before. Electrolysis might be a little bit painful of course, but I've started to see the difference after a few sessions and I'm very happy. It's a journey to get to the end result but will be well worth it I'm sure! And the cooling stuff she puts on my face at the end of those sessions smells lovely haha. Thanks Lucy & team :) x

Linley is a wonderful communicator who did a great job of my brows, & the massage included some lovely extras that I'd not experienced at other, similarly priced day spas. Exactly what I needed at the end of a busy work week!I look forward to my next visit.

   The micro needling treatment is working wonders. I've had a few sessions now and my skin looks & feels amazing. The lines on my forehead and around my eyes and mouth are all much less pronounced. My skin is plumper and the bags under my eyes have pretty much disappeared. I'm looking 10 years younger!
