Peter and Sam and co have looked after a few of my Subarus over the last ten years or so. They are friendly and helpful and always ready to suggest cost effective ways to avoid expensive repairs.
I recenty bought a vehical that was given a recent wof by these guys and noticed a vibration. i took to my mechanic and was a broken engine mount bracket thats evident off been broken over a long period of time .. well before the wof was issued. Cost me 800 to fix .
They happily took me on as a walk in for a new battery and replaced it on the spot - they then assessed an oil leak free of charge and delivered some excellent news. I will be back soon.
I'm super stoked with the work done today on my Corolla. Sam did such a wonderful job, I'll definitely be coming back in the new year. They managed to squeeze me in before Christmas, thank goodness. The prices were fair. The attention to detail and feedback on the car was great - it definitely put my mind at ease! I was stressing. I have a Prius C that has an odd sized battery. Pete and his team came up with a solution that saved me $300. The team then serviced the car and put fresh tyres on - and all for what I thought was a very cost effective price. Communication was very good. I would recommend these guys everyday.
Absolutely great service since 2008 at least. Peter Brown is a brilliant and fair mechanic. Always been fantastic to deal with and didn't take advantage of me being a female either. Most men in the automotive industry that I have come across in Auckland tried to take me for everything I needed, at an overly huge expense. Luckily the boys at Trackside taught me a thing or two about vehicles, so I was able to catch the cheeky buggers trying to get 10 extra hours pay for nothing at all. I would recommend them to anyone. Total Automotive Services is an outstanding company. Their workmanship is perfect. I always come away feeling safe and well looked after.
