   Their truck and driver ran us off the road. Complete idiot on a blind corner. I guess it's indicative of staff training. With multiple attempts, the office phone number just cuts to music...

   Not Good, I feel blown off. I chassed them up more than twice - It should not be that hard to get a written Quote? Maybe it is inter departmental ?! staffing attitude?! BUT ' Fair go'? Don't they want work? If not Say so. the got The old boss to come and give me an idea... storage size, etc..., but I have rung to co ordination times and GET COST IDEA...., GOT... NOTHING... As a result I needed to book with another company. VERY DISSAPOINTING. The old company has moved me at least 3 times. THEIR LOSS???? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WENT WRONG THEIR END

   Great experience from the friendly and efficient booking, good price and the guys who did the move. They worked quickly and, considering I had 34 outdoor steps and a long driveway, they got it done all while still smiling and being helpful and friendly. Certainly recommend NFM!

   Posting review on behalf of my sister as she doesn't have a google account. She paid for Nicholson Furniture Movers to move a large treadmill from Stanmore Bay to Hatfields Beach. The movers dropped the treadmill on delivery causing significant damage to the frame ($500 +) and the cord ($100). The movers told her to let the office know and all damage would be rectified. She did so but was told that only the cost of replacing the cord would be reimbursed and that the insurance only covers items run over by the truck not any items dropped. Really disappointed at how this matter has been handled by Nicholson Furniture Movers. Would not recommend this company at all especially if you have valuable items. If you do choose to use them exercise extreme caution.

   it's taken a while for me to write this, but in June 2017, we moved from Gulf Harbour to a neighboring suburb. We used Nicolson for the move and it was awesome. The guys we had were Luke and Lindsay, both outstanding, super efficient movers that made the moving day that little bit less stressful. Well drilled, cost effective moving. I fully recommend NFM for your move.
