Jay, the main person coordinating the move, along with Luke, Matt, Nate, Zac, and Michael, were all incredibly professional and efficient. I want to give special thanks to Konstantin, Victor, Matt and Ofa — the team who handled my move. They were exceptionally punctual, professional and careful with every single item. Everything was packed perfectly, handled with patience and complete respect, and they left the house spotless. They were not only reliable and extremely hard-working, but also genuinely kind, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I could chat with them while they worked, and they were always polite, calm and smiling.    Not much to say really, these guys are awesome! It was hard to decide who to go with as we create our next adventure moving from Auckland to London - Crown made it so easy. A time was booked initially, and I received a call from my moving manager, Joss - who has been and remains highly responsive and professional, putting our minds at ease - knowing we’re in good hands! Nathan and Ziggy arrived early to the pick up time today, were very respectful and quiet, kind to our dogs and made every effort to pack all of our possessions with care and consideration. Thanks to the team in Auckland, highly recommend!

   We've done an awful lot of moves and I have to say the team at Crown Auckland are the best that we've come across. The whole team is excellent: great communication, clear expectations, and they're obviously in command of all the details involved in a move literally to the other side of the world. It's a great combination of professionalism and kindness here. We need to give a special shout-out to Nathan and Zac, who are the best unpackers that we've ever had! These guys are just fantastic: super kind, funny, warm and friendly, with a great eye for detail in doing their job. They were great with my family and they made sure we were totally happy with everything before they finished up. Nate should get a bonus for putting up a mobile Crown advert at an intersection right near the University too!!
