   Great service. Moved a large home's contents (down many stairs) from Hatfields to Bay of Islands. Move out was in the rain, too. Not a single breakage. Perfect. Craig takes his job seriously and is committed to seeing every item safe and secure in his truck. Highly recommended.

   A huge thanks to Craig and his team who relocated our furniture. The team arrived on time, were courteous, careful and carried their work out in a timely manner. Very impressed with the way they managed to maneuver a big heavy couch up a very narrow flight of stairs, with multiple turns, without any damage to the couch or walls. The queen size bed would not fit up the stairs. Out with the strops and the team hoisted it over the balcony. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks for making our move a stress free day.

   Used these guys some time ago and they quoted a truck and two guys. Turned up with 3 guys, one an older alcoholic who did next to nothing and then I got charged for him as well. The other two guys would've been fine and just as productive without him. Unfortunately he seemed to be running the show. Just weird.

   Such a horrible experience, not professional at all, I booked 4 weeks ago for this coming Saturday and when I called to confirm some details he basically told me he can’t help me, no explanation as to why, was rude and dismissive then tried to pass me onto someone else and hung up on me. If I hadn’t have called he never would have communicated that he was no longer able to do the job. Would not recommend if you’re wanting professional and reliable

   Caused a lot of damage to brand new furniture and property. Tried to add on more hours then worked, and charged for 3 movers - one of which wasn’t there for over half the time and the other couldn’t lift anything. Sadly Would not recommend.

   The people employed by Craig are questionable. He was clean and fresh well dressed; his people smelled bad, looked like they had hangovers. It was a big move and we had a lot of household rubbish that needed to be dumped. One of the employees said he could do it. I thought it was part of Craigs service and agreed. This employee dumped our rubbish at the side of the road. It wasn't part of Craigs service I find out, and this employee is homeless. Good grief how can you take these people into clients homes. I have been publicly shamed on social media for this dumping. Do not recommend this company purely for the fact the employees are suspect.
