   I had a fantastic experience with an international relocation with Transworld. Their team were helpful from initial contact all the way through to delivery in the country we moved into. They were able to answer questions that other providers said were unanswerable, taking stress out of the complete juggle that is moving a whole family overseas. Their packing team in New Zealand were friendly and approachable. They were fast and professional and completed the job with ease - taking care of my possessions and my home while moving things in it. Their partners in the country we moved to were impeccable as well - communicating clearly and unloading with complete ease. Prior to shipping all my things I heard many many horror stories of working with international movers and I am so glad I went with Transworld - they were amazing!

   We used a USA company (UPakWeShip) to send contents from the east coast of the States to Christchurch. It was an inexpensive way to ship contents. The overall time from door-to-door took about 4 months but we were in no hurry. Our main concern was the state of the contents once they were delivered. Happy to say that everything arrived intact! The communication was excellent and the delivery person was courteous and helpful. Would definately use this service again and recommend highly.

   We had a very bad experience recently with this company moving things from Auckland to Melbourne. Be aware that they give a reasonably priced quote but the unfriendly moving team tried to pack more boxes, and refused to save space for us by putting soft items into cabinets even though the sales team promised. We ended up paying 25% more than the initial quote. They damaged our furniture and personal items but the insurance policy has an excess, basically we can claim almost nothing, so be careful of this trap. When we want re-claim, they just ignored our email. I do not recommend anyone goes to them, very surprised it still has 4.5 stars here.

   We recently moved from Singapore to Auckland, New Zealand. Transworld is the local parner of our Singapore logistic company. Our case wasn't the most straightforward, as there was unexpected delay in our visas, and meanwhile, we hoped to have our goods with us as soon as possible when we arrived in the country, as it's winter time in Auckland and we would definitely need the beddings, winter clothes and stuff. Many thanks to Morgan, Jagdeep and the entire team, for being so understanding and accommodating despite the multiple changes that we had to make. Our goods reached us in perfect condition at 1pm, 24 July 2023, exactly as I had requested. The process of international moving was indeed a gigantic and horrifying task, thanks to you for collaborating so well with your Singapore partner to make it pain free for us.

   We relocated from NZ to the US in Dec 2022. It is now six months since Transworld collected our stuff and we have still not seen it. While the book g agent was good and the packers seemed to be careful and efficient this timing is now over double what we were assured was the longest it would be when booking the job. This has cost us thousands. We have had to purchase new clothes, our baby will have items that, when finally delivered, he would have grown out of already. It is no longer pandemic time, Long Beach have cleared their backlog, there is simply no reasonable explanation for why it should take over half a year to move some things from NZ to the US. Hopefully when our consignment finally arrives it will be in good condition, I may update the review then. OK update time: after Seven months and a week our items finally arrived. All items were in good condition. The Transworld people in NZ were nice to deal with, they seemed surprised and frustrated at the delays too. Their agent in the US seems to have terrible communication. So nice enough to people to deal with, items arrived in good condition but over double the time of their promised worst case timing remains unacceptable so I am going to stick with two stars.

   Hi, even though the second phase of the shipping is still in progress (which will take some time due to the shipping option we selected), I wanted to give an advance shout-out to Transworld Auckland office. They were seriously amazing! I gotta say, Dave deserves some major props. He was always on the ball, answering our questions lightning-fast and being super helpful throughout the whole process. Dave, you rock! In addition, the staff who picked up our boxes were total pros! They handled everything like it was their own stuff, making sure nothing got damaged. I was seriously impressed! Big thanks to Dave and the entire Transworld team for being great!
