We booked for dinner and had a few drinks (excellent range of beers) before being seated. Great service and the food was really good. I had the Spicebox and was not disappointed.
Recently went in for burger Wellington, my wife had the burger and said it was great, I had the pie what can say about the pie it was amazing could not have been happier with the dish
Came for the Guinness, stayed for the unexpected rave. Dropped into D4 around 11pm on a quiet hunt for a pint of the black stuffβ¦ and walked straight into what felt like a full-blown dance floor. Think Irish pub meets late-night party. Unexpected? Yes. Regrettable? Absolutely not. The Guinness was poured fast and flawlesslyβnone of that "we're busy, you'll wait" attitude. Quick service, creamy head, proper pour. Respect. If youβre after a quiet chat and soft trad music, maybe aim for a couple hours earlier. If you like your stout with a side of beats and a buzzing crowd, D4 delivers with surprising gusto.
Went to watch the FIFA Womenβs World Cup. Great Guinness and Wellington On A Plate burger. Excellent service
Had the Smoking Joe offer as Wellington On a Plate is on. Burger was meh and tasteless. The chips that came with it were perfect and the BBQ sauce on the side worth mentioning. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Was busy, almost at capacity. Friendly buzz. Our server was lovely. Overall good night. Burger brought my rating down.
Superb Stonegrill steak, salad and wine jus. Oatmeal Stout and a Jameson Whisky. Lovely staff, terrific service. Relaxing and enjoyable night out with my wife and daughter. Thoroughly recommended by level 6 Google guide. Try it soon.
In the downtown of Wellington, great deal on Monday for Soon Grill two for one, ordered garlic bread, squid ring, rump steak by stone grilled. I like the squid ring, and garlic bread is very nice as well. Rump steak is basically on an average level same as other stone grilled restaurant. Overall, very nice atmosphere, decor. I didn't order their burger but I saw someone ordered it and it looks very delicious to me, will try next time.
