   Prep meals are delicious and super handy to keep on hand in the freezer for those busy days/weeks. They're loaded with veg and don't taste like convenience food. As someone who normally cooks a lot I have high standards for the food I eat and I love Prep! The meals are nutritious and satisfying, and the containers go in our compost. Highly recommend!

   Over the last couple of months I've had 4 of the weekly Prep fitness packs and they have been fabulous. The meals are easy to heat up and taste good, and it's great to know all the nutrition such as the macros have been worked out to meet the needs of people working on their fitness. I've been feeling great eating these, and have slimmed down a bit too! The Prep team is really responsive to any questions I've had, and it's good to get a text that my meals have been delivered and I can look forward to arriving home to them after a busy day at work. I highly recommend Prep!

   I have been eating prep for over a year now and I absolutely love it! I work long hours and have no time to prepare lunches, they are perfect to keep in my freezer at work and for dinner. Sometimes I will bake a chicken breast on the side of a dish when I’m extra hungry (I can eat a lot) but the portion sizes are massive so mostly no need. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to eat convenient and healthy food, the fact that I am a meat eater and enjoy these meals speaks for itself. Keep up the great work guys :)
