Thought I would come here for a change. What a mistake. Asked for builder gel which normal lasts me 3 weeks. By day 4 they were a mess! I noticed while she was doing it she wasn’t applying and doing them correctly. I noticed slight chipping the next day then completely chipped and lifting by day 4. When I contacted the salon I asked if I could have a refund I emailed and called 3 times. No reply from my email at all and the staff kept saying the manager will ring me back every time I called. Have not heard a thing! I would not recommend this place they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Allowed me and my friend to get our nails done without prior booking. The staff were friendly and were very quick with the services. The nail tech made sure that I was happy with the shape and colour before she continued. She let me change the colour when I had made a mistake asking for the shade. Overall I’m happy with the results and the prices were pretty good.

Unfortunately this business has not been able to assist me further with my negative experience and I have had no choice but to leave a review highlighting my negative experience. I came into the store recently to have my eye brows waxed. During the time of the consultation it felt more painful than usual, but I thought nothing of it. It was only later that I saw that the lady had completely tore the skin underneath my eyebrows off on both sides, leaving me with scars that I am unsure as to how well they will heal. I needed to purchase antibiotic cream immediately to apply on my open wounds but was denied a refund, even just for the service. When I came into the store to lodge my complaint in a kind manner, I was also told that my skin was too thin for the wax. This was upsetting as I have had my eye brows waxed a number of times (at other stores) and this has never happened. If the beautician saw that my skin was too thin, she could have let me know it was not appropriate. I don't think that it is fare to put this statement on a customer who clearly had no control of the situation. I am sad to say that I will not be coming back and I was disappointed.

Vee did my nails so amazingly, I am so happy with the service and quality of her work. She is such a perfectionist with everything and was always asking if I was happy with each step of the process, she kept the salon open after closing hours to finish them for me.

First time here and will never go back. I asked for a full mani pedi spa. I told the nail technician at least 2x that’s what I required. Got my hands and feet soaked and the cursory cleaning. When I checked 3 out of 5 nails had the side cuticles hanging out. When I asked if this is how they normally do their manicures, the technician reverted me to another technician to explain to me that it was a misunderstanding and they thought I asked for an express one and if I wanted to change β€œit”. The weird thing was I kept being asked if I wanted to change the service like it was my fault that I did not ask for the right one. I mentioned express or not, I should not have my side cuticles hanging out. The next line of reasoning from the other technician was they cannot cut deeper, but if it what I wanted, they’ll do it. I explained it was not the case, there is a way to cut a side cuticle cleanly. The other nail technician was more interested to being right than to listen to what my concern was. I was the one who gave up as we were not going anywhere and the way she was talking to me have started attracting other people’s attention. Their owner/manager eventually took over, did a better job at applying the second layer of polish and asked the technician doing my toenails to help flatten my injured (old nail injury, not their fault) toenail. Fact: the mani-pedi spa here is $70 for soaking your hands and feet in warm water and getting your cuticles pushed and cut (you have to stay alert though that the cuts are clean, else you’ll walk out with more hang nails than you’ve walked in) and regular polish application.
