Really very impressed. A beautiful job. Nice shape and precise edges. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She told me what to ask for next time... I had told her this was only my 3rd time getting nails done. The other staff were very patient with other clients in the salon, one of whom was not very polite to the staff.
Their communication is bad and service is poor. Booked an appointment for gel nails and got a price quote. They offered something else and I asked what the difference was and nobody cared to explain that they wanted to upscale my price till I was paying. I wasn’t even happy with the nails in the first place before we even talk about price. Not going back again! This is not worth $60 at all. I’v put pictures of what I wanted and what I got!
Great service, the ladies were so friendly. Spa pedicure with massage was so nice & relaxing. I love my nails exactly what I wanted. They take the time, effort and care to make sure you are happy. Will definitely come back again. Thank you ☺️
This is the best nail salon I've visited throughout New Zealand. Tha staff are friendly, extremely attentive, efficient and hygienic. Each person gets their own nail file and buffer. I have no fear of contracting nail fungus here. It's a happy environment and a pleasure to visit.
2nd time being here at this nail salon and I kid you not I came from Rotorua to get my nails done 4 the second time because the service is absolutely consistent, very polite and gracious, and are just a brilliant service overall and the ladies here will take care of you and will go over and above I have not come across a nail shop with their hospitality and determination to make the customer and experience one to remember they are so focused and are consulting with you all the way to ensure you are happy with the outcome and final result. Thank you ladies I absolutely love my nails!!!

Awesome place, staff here are super professional do a great job and are great when you have a young child. They changed the music and TV to entertain my wee one during our visit. So nice!
