   My local barber shop, have been coming here with my kids for the last couple of years and it’s always been great. The staff are friendly, welcoming and skilled in their craft. I do agree with other reviews that there is a barber who is still new to the team and is on a learning curve, so I try to go for my regular barber whenever possible and he never disappoints. Would highly recommend this place.

   I spent 5 painstaking months growing out my hair, carefully maintaining it, waiting for the perfect cut, only to have it completely destroyed by the most unprofessional, careless individual I’ve ever encountered. This place is my go to. unfortunately my regular barber wasn’t available today so i tested the waters. Believe me, this man had the nerve to stop mid-cut repeatedly to check his phone. Not for urgent messages — to play solitaire. That alone should have been a red flag. But it gets worse. He was rough, jerking my head around like I wasn’t even a real person. His trimmer work left my skin irritated and red. He snagged my piercing twice with his comb. No apology. No awareness. And the haircut? A hideous, uneven hack job that looks like it was done blindfolded with garden shears. My fringe is blunt and butchered. The sides are clean but the top and back are so poorly blended it looks like a botched school project. if you can’t work with long hair why even try. I walked in with confidence. I walked out feeling humiliated, violated, and disgusted. This man should not be touching hair. He shouldn’t even be allowed near scissors.i just happened to be the unlucky one today who got this barber. He didn’t just give me a bad haircut. He disrespected my time and trust. This was not a service I’d pay for seriously.

   This is the 4th time i’m going to this barber shop and still i get the best haircut. I came late for the haircut and they were about to close but “Addo” was kind enough to accept me and give a nice haircut. Excellent and friendly service…… Highly Recommend to everyone who lives around Te-Atatu Peninsula. All the very best and appreciate your service!!
