   Worst service. The girl who did my nails clearly was on training. The pressure she used to hold each finger was too strong and she kept twisting my fingers to get the best position for her. She sawed all my length and I have mentioned several times she was hurting me. She made all nails different lengths and i felt like her Guinea pig.. the drill-work was appalling the top of the nails was wavy due to inconsistent drilling. On my way out she asked me to pay which to my throat i nearly said i am not happy to pay. I feel ripped off paying someone who played around with my hands and wasted my time! Never returning! Should have just gone to the mall. I live minutes away and always try to support local but please at least try to get your staff trained. I will go somewhere else now to take this off!

   Great little place tucked away in a quiet open air mall. I came here with ladies as a birthday treat on 13th May and had great service. It was very calming with no feelings of being rushed - everything you want in a relaxing atmosphere. Nail technicians that actually speak to you and not across you or with each other. Instead of looking past me. The place is new, modern and extremely clean. The best part - no cutting corners, they provide full nail care - cuticle oil the works. Unlike those in the big shopping malls. This was nothing like the busy malls and was a lot cheaper. We also received loyalty cards.

   Nail Tech V is amazing!!!! First time going to this salon and my first time getting SNS nails and I am so amazed. The environment of the salon is very comfortable and clean. I had a lovely nail tech named V, she did the best job with my nails and took time and paid attention to every detail! I am super impressed! Definitely will be going back❤️

   I booked my daughter in for a manicure as a school holiday activity. She went with her friend, when they got back I asked how it went and they were very unimpressed, the lady was apparently rude, rushing and my daughter also got cut and bled by one of the tools used. Only one coat of nail polish was applied as well instead of two. I was worried it would be the case that a teen goes in there without an adult that they treat them differently but I thought nah hopefully they won’t, told my daughter to be polite and use her manner which she did. I’m really unhappy about this, we don’t get nails done often so it was disappointing. We won’t be going back which is a pity as we live locally. I have no time for rude customer service!

   Great prices and great service. The ladies are all so lovely and always have a good chat with me. Always super helpful when I can't decide what nails I want and helping me pick when I can't decide. Super open to whatever random nails I want done ahahaha. I will never forget they kept a hold of my scrunchie that I left there for months and came and gave it to me we I popped into the supermarket across the road.
