   DO NOT GO HERE for chemical straightening. I have had it done previously at other salons with no issues and chose this salon because of their high google reviews! I was reassured they knew what to do and it ended up terrible. When I woke up the day after treatment I felt stubble. A patch on the front of my hair was completely burnt off and my hair felt bent. I went back after a hairdresser friend assured me this was NOT normal. Dias would not accept there was anything wrong. When I asked for the treatment information (records that should be available upon request) he said there were none in the system. He washed my hair again and gave me some products and said it was a normal part of the process. Over the next few weeks the snapping and damage got worse and eventually fried up and broke off. I went to another salon to get advice and they said it was 100% chemical damage from their technique. I have never done google reviews but will for other people - please trust me. I now have a pixie cut because my hair has snapped off. I was called back by ICON but didn’t pick up the call because I did not want to go back and forth. You can see the damage and breakage in the photos.

   It's my first time come here. Diaz is friendly and honest about what style and hair coloring that suit you and how long it will take. He also explains to you what he will do, what are the process and how much it cost prior he does the work and available options (Transparent). I appreciate Diaz's input and noted he provides service to client with care and does not only aiming to $$$. Initially, I'm looking for more ash-color highlight which more expensive that what I actually have, however, Diaz recommended another lighter color that more suit with my nature hair color and economy friendly. I would definetely come back when my hair treatment is due. Recommended the salon. I did women hair style cut and hair color (highlight)

   Marco did my daughter's style cut he was really really good!! I was nervous and I felt he could tell I was, which is why I left the store while he cut her hair. Didn't want my nervous energy to rub off onto him! Came back and he did an amazing hair cut very knowledgeable told me how it would work out on the style she wanted and I was very impressed. She was happy and so was I that's all that mattered. Thank you Marco.
