   Worst experience ever. I had my hair done at the Northwest Mall branch, and the stylist completely ruined it. I spent 2.5 hours and paid 350 for half-foil highlights, but I ended up with very light copper roots. She refused to fix it because it was close to closing time. I returned the next day to have it corrected, and they only applied a toner, which lasted for just two weeks. Now the light roots and reddish undertone came back.

   I'd say you come here for bit of an experience and pampering! Got exactly what I wanted (shampoo, cut, blowdry). They were very transparent about the pricing, times and discussed exactly what i wanted and if it can be achieved. This was probably the most relaxing time for me in a long while - head massage & feet up during shampoo :) and a cup of coffee to wake me back up!

   Had the best experience with Mark and Cynthia they were so welcoming and made the experience so comfortable. Mark did the most amazing balyage on my hair I have never left a salon so happy!! The attention to detail, care, and professionalism were outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality hair care and a wonderful experience!

   Cynthia was my hairdresser. She took care of my hair so well. She has set the standard of what I expect from now on from other haridressers. And her standard is high. She is warm, chatty and very knowledgeable about hair. My hair was thinning and thanks to her I feel much more confident!!!! Thanks for an incredible experience ❤️

   Received exceptional service from Rodney Wayne Northwest. Did an absolutely amazing job, I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and Augustas did a great job at putting something together that would work well for the style I was hoping to achieve and would suit my face shape. All the other staff were lovely and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfy and happy and they even made me a hot chocolate while I waited for my hair to develop. Definitely will be returning, I walked out feeling so confident with my new cut.

   Unfortunately walked away not happy this time. I never go to a hairdresser nor pay $128 for a haircut! (It was $115 if I booked online though and the guy said it would $120 so no idea why the price jumped?). I decided to spoil myself in advance of fashion week.. I walked in asking for curtain bangs and a trim. I walked out with a Bob which was shorter in back and no bangs... Now I'm SUPER flexible with my hair and am happy to give the professional pretty much free rein but... I walked out with a flat lifeless bob. I wasn't offered tea or coffee and had my hair thrown in my face for most of the appointment so it was out of the clippers way. I am so very disappointed in the appointment especially when I could have gone to another option with better customer service and listening skills for my hard saved $$$.

   First visit was awesome. Great cut etc. Second visit, not so much. Why do the stylists sit you down, ask what you want, discuss it, then just do what THEY think? Ask for half inch off and come out feeling like I have been clipped! Half an inch, not 2 and a half. Wasted $123. Will not be back. Off to find a stylist that will actually LISTEN.

   Absolutely in love with my hair and service provided by Rodney Wayne North West! I’ve got naturally black hair and the owner sat down with me for a consult to try and figure out the best style/colour for my hair. We decided on highlights and typically I’m super nervous to get my hair died but it turned out absolutely beautiful! Getting lots and lots of compliments. Highly recommend!
