   Hi Glamour hair boutique, I wanted to reach out to share something that really upset me during my recent visit to your salon on 14/10/25. Before my appointment, I actually called ahead to ask if it would be okay to bring my daughter with me. I explained that she’s autistic and that I sometimes get anxious taking her into public spaces. I was told it would be absolutely fine, so I felt reassured bringing her along. While we were there, she was quietly playing with the salon’s dog, she was happy and calm. Then a staff member told me to “shut my child up” because there were “women who pay hundreds of dollars to be in the salon.” I was completely shocked and humiliated. My daughter wasn’t doing anything wrong, and hearing that said in front of her broke my heart. I left the salon in tears. I already struggle with anxiety about taking her places, and this experience has made that even harder. I completely understand wanting to maintain a peaceful environment for clients, but there was no reason to speak to me, or any parent like that. I truly hope this can be addressed, and that your staff are reminded to handle situations with kindness and understanding, especially when it comes to children and people with disabilities. I’m not writing this to cause trouble, but because the experience really hurt and I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel the way I did.

   Another incredible experience at Glamour Hair Boutique! The team are caring and highly skilled. Kylie was also very supportive through the booking and rescheduling process. Results are fantastic. I am so amazed with my hair! Also, comfortable chairs and lovely tea service❤️

   Shiane is an artist! I came in as a new client and immediately felt at ease and at home. She listened to what I was after, asked me at every step of my massive re-style cut, and taught me how to style it. I went from really long hair to a textured bob and left with a massive smile on my face. I think the main differentiator for me that sets Shiane apart from previous experiences at other salons is how she treats it as a collaboration. Working together to find my perfect style, considering hair type and face shape, I have never felt so confident sitting in that chair. Thank you so much, I will be back!

   Unreliable!!!! . Called to see if I can add a service to my upcoming appointment which was in 4 days time and was told it was cancelled as stylist going on leave. Would have been nice to have been informed of this in advance!

   I have been seeing Becky since 2017 and have loved my haircut every time! She really takes the time to make sure it is perfect and even on all sides. Often she may have another client or 2 on at the same time for colouring and other long services so has been times I have needed to wait. Has never been a problem for me, if you were in a rush, could be worth ringing beforehand to check if they’re running on time. I’ve loved seeing the salon grow over the years, Kylie the owner has done an amazing job since taking over. I would go every week for the head massage alone if I could, overall a great experience!!

   Had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and always smiling and welcoming. I have so much admiration for them for being so friendly, welcoming, smiling and professional although they are constantly working and constantly moving from one customer to another. My hair shampoo and treatment was done by Brooklyn. She was super sweet and was super professional. Haircut was by Kylie, and boy am I happy :) she listened to and understood exactly what I wanted. Best hair cut I have ever had. I am a customer for life!!
