Terrible customer service, the lady working there was on her phone the entire time and hardly acknowledged myself and my family whilst we were choosing and purchasing some sushi. The sushi was also warm and did not taste fresh. Will not be returning to this place!
If you are brown/desi, do not buy from here. The manager was so racist and she yelled at me, then my mom, all in front of my little brother. It was a disgusting, humiliating, and just a traumatizing experience. Edit: I spent over 30 dollars, as a student, and wasn't even able to get the food I paid for.
Purchased the dine in chicken Bento box. I asked 3 times for them not to add any fish product as I’m not a fan of seafood. The sushi I received tasted fishy. I received 3 deep fried prawns. My boyfriend said they were the worst he’s ever had. The rice was over cooked, everything was drowned in mayonnaise. The katsu was dry and over all everything was disgusting and over priced. I saw a staff member wipe her nose whilst making sushi and they didn’t wash hands afterwards. Staff are rude. Worst sushi/dine in experience of my life. I will never return!!
Have been coming for a few years for my usual Chicken Teppanyaki Meal and it usually hits the spot, even though it feels like the portions have shrunk, but yesterday the meal tasted amazing. Everything was fresh made to perfection and the flavors was nek level. A+++
If you're just buying a sushi pack, they're great. Having dine in though is a disappointing experience, had to wait nearly 30 minutes for food to be cooked and no acknowledgement of late service once served. Zero communication on the long wait ahead of ordering. Luckily the Karaage Don was great, but the bad and long service was more memorable. Respect that there may be a rush in the kitchen but it's up to the front staff to let the customer aware - otherwise I would've stuck with the sushi packs.
