Easily one of the worst burgers I have had in years. The burger and fries were cold despite my arrival before my meal was ready. Cheese was half off the burger. Bacon looked like it hadn't been cooked at all. Lettuce had been forgotten. Burger tasted like it had no seasoning at all.
There’s been a change and we’ve noticed. Best burgers in Wellington. Worth the drive to eat watching the water. 5 stars all day!!
Disappointing. We ordered three burgers and some kumara chips this evening and fifteen minutes after they were *supposed* to have been delivered (an hour after the order, on a Monday) I called to enquire where they were. I was told they were out for delivery and about five minutes later they showed up. Cold. The receipt on there showed that (supposedly) they'd been prepared 20 minutes before their scheduled delivery time, so if that happened then it took 30 minutes to make the burgers and 40 minutes to deliver them. I could have walked there and back in 15 miutes - we're that close. Once they arrived, the burgers were OK. Not good or great: OK.
I recently had two disappointing experiences at this restaurant. After receiving a takeaway burger on Friday missing numerous ingredients, I decided to give them a second chance the next day as they offered me another burger free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement burger was a mess – burnt bun, undercooked patty, and a salad that seemed to have been thrown together carelessly. It's disheartening that they don't seem to care about the quality of their products, especially for a customer who had already experienced a bad encounter. I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Bought 4 Boss burger combos on Friday night. They were perfection. Best burgers we have had in a long time. I am super fussy and expect something good with my gourmet burgers. Love the new menu!
This is the third time I've had Burger Wisconsin in about 20 years, both previous times were a let down and I wasn't expecting much. This time was different however. I had the Great American and it was perfect. Fresh soft bun. Perfectly cooked caramelised pattie that was pure beef with no fillers. The right ratio of sauce and super fresh crisp salad. Burger was cooked by Miah and he nailed it. Service and atmosphere were ok, but good by takeway burger joint standards. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work!
Tonight my Hubby and I had the Bbq Beef and Bacon Burger with a side of Curly Fries, and garlic mayo. The burger was so deliciously tasty, we would highly recommend it. It looked as good as the advertisement, which is highly unusual! lol The service was awesome, and the restaurant was kept lovely and clean.
