Like their crispy noodles which has lots of vegetables, however the pad Thai noodles are so so. I once ordered a medium hot pad Thai, chili hot was all I can taste, to be honest not tasty, nothing really like a real pad Thai. Their green curry was pretty good though.
Authentic SEA food. Got medium spice and its Asian spice level. Had prawn vermecilli thai salad, it was bomb
Ordered two beef salads and two Pad Thai’s - best Pad Thai in Wellington- this is honestly the best takeaway place in Johnsonville- love all their meals!
Yummy and enough to feed 2 people. Only $16 for pad Thai. Definitely 3-4 servings. Lovley customer service too, the young man and woman serving were very sweet. Will definitely be coming here again
We've been meaning to try Marigold for a while and finally got around to it. What a gem! We can see why locals rave about it. Everyone loved their meals. The Pad Thai and Khao Phad were well-enjoyed by two very fussy eaters; my green curry with fish (only $17.50!) was enough for two people and absolutely packed with quality veg. The family/owners are also very lovely, I really can't recommend this place enough!
Marigolds food is always fresh hot and tasty. The service is fantastic and on time. I can't recommend this take away food enough as I have never had a meal I didn't like. Keep up the great work guys and girls.
We are so lucky to have this little takeaway in Johnsonville. Our family of 6 consider ourselves Thai and Vietnamese food enthusiasts, having traveled extensively through those countries. Marigold has never failed to deliver.. every Friday night Nick orders and picks up, and our family are start our weekend with very very happy tummies. Thank you x
Great local takeaway. Food is tasty, Thai hot is actually hot, and portion sizes are generous. They will make most dishes vegetarian on request.
Ive driven past multiple times, but only today decided to take a chance and order food from here after reading the reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. The food was so tasty and authentic. Fresh flavours, beautifully presented, and generous portion sizes. Really friendly service over the phone and when picking up our meal. Will definitely be back!
We had a different experience here. We got two curries for takeaway. They weren’t that appetising and the meat was incredibly chewy. Within 30 minutes the curry had entirely separated into water and cream. Maybe we just had a bad experience, but next time we’ll look elsewhere
