Best wonton soup ever! I get it without prawns or coriander, which they are always super accommodating about and if you go around 2pm or later, is usually pretty quiet which is nice.
I ordered this food on Uber Eats, i got a medium spice level, definitely a mistake i thought i would be able to handle this but i was wrong. If you like spice… go here!! The roti was so nice and the peanut butter sauce was the star of the show.
Ate dinner here. Seems a good place for solo diners as most of the clientele fit that description. The food was decent but more suited to a regular lunchtime crowd.
I am a regular customer of Aroy (Thorndon, Cuba Street) and occasionally go to the Terrace's Aroy. I went there for lunch today with a colleague. We were both highly disappointed with our meals. We had padthai and chicken noodles and they tasted sweeter than sugar, the texture was very different from the version you get in Thorndon and Cuba Street. We ate very little because we couldn't handle it - too sweet! The last time I went there before this, I was also disappointed with the chilli chicken I ordered. I will definitely not come back to this place again, I'm a bit traumatised :-(
Standard fare, but delicious. Quick service. Plenty of seats in the evening, but I've also visited at lunch time & the place was packed. Great location on The Terrace, can be hard to find a car park.
Quick service and friendly staff, awesome food and great value (especially for Uni students). Definitely gonna come here more often after exams.
Got a tom yum rice with a fried egg and some curry puffs for takeaway last Friday. The rice container was just over half full, when I would expect it to be full with the egg on top of that. It was also completely mild, but I prefer a spicier dish. They've also raised the price of just a handful of curry puffs to $14, which is a bit bewildering. The place simply isn't worth the cost anymore, with prices going up and the amount of food you receive being almost half what it once was.

Excellent Thai food. Very convenient for the city lunch crowd on The Terrace. We had the chicken dumpling shrimp soup and a massamaan curry with rice. Delicious! Service is very prompt and staff are friendly and helpful.
