   Gorgeous shoes. Fabulous customer service and communication. First time ordering with them, all 5 pairs of my shoe order were too big to keep (turns out Im smaller than I thought). The smaller sizes were all sold out so I exchanged for 5 different pair over the phone as it was the last day of a big sale and was hoping to secure them. I spoke with a lovely woman and she easily and quickly located my order, and made the exchange, holding them for me immediately to await my returns, and to pay the sent cost difference invoice. My cost of return shipping for 5 pairs from Rotorua to Auckland was $25. They received my returns within 12 hours and sent out the exchanges the same day. All 5 pair of the new order (in my correct size) were a perfect fit, look to be fabulous quality, and no returns needed. I love these shoes. What an awesome sale! Thank you!!!
