I purchased a pair of Ecco Sevens in Sydney and the sole split at the toe. I took them into Ecco at Milford in Auckland and they replaced them w immediately with a new pair. Fantastic service from Katia. Grazie Mille !

I came to this shop at around 1 pm, however, I saw this and the staff will be back around 40 mins later while all other stores in the mall are opening. I do understand the lunch break is necessary for all staff but maybe hiring another staff on duty will also be a good solution? A 40-minute closing time during mid-day could disappoint customers, just see how other stores operate in the mall.
Staff knowledgeable with stock and good understanding of feet/ shoes. Nice to shop where staff have skills (thanks big guy, sorry I don't know your name) and a brisk pleasant attitude.
Awesome service from the Ecco shoe’s Milford. I needed a particular shade of blue polish. Rang the shop, very helpful lady. Went in the next day. They had a tester. Shop assistant tried it on my shoes for me. Was very careful where she put it incase colour not perfect. Was perfect. Very happy and off I went. Had previously rung multiple places. Some shops didn’t even have the colour to see and most others had no testers. Great customer service Ecco shoes
Fantastic customer service, felt the staff really knew their products and believed in their quality. Very honest and accommodating. Actually was so refreshing to shop somewhere where the assistants assisted :)
Fantastic salesperson, especially knowledgeable about orthotics and which shoes would be most comfortable! He spent a lot of time helping us and making sure we got the right fit. Top quality shoes, have bought before and will buy again
