    Ordered online and live tracker showed the driver going in the opposite direction. Order showed delivered, but wasn't, so called the store and was told there were 2 deliveries in our area. Called 20 minutes later and was told the driver was close. Everything is barely warm, the cheese in stuffed crust isn't soft anymore. Disappointed that it was 45 minutes late and cold.

    The food was amazing the garlic bread had the garlic and butter right through every bite of the garlic bread It was delicious and comforting and the pizza was great (I only eat one slice) my husband couldn't stop eating)

    The most appalling pizza business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Pizza was delivered over 2 hours late. Called the shop and a girl that sounded no older than 12 answered with "hello". She couldn't assist on cancelling my order or telling me how much longer it would take as the manager was out delivering. Then the order arrives 15 minutes later and it is totally incorrect. The driver (manager I assume) said "we didn't have what you ordered so I replaced it" with this and that. The sides I ordered weren't with the order either. Sent him away and he said he would organise a refund, that didn't happen so I had to get head office to sort it. This review isn't a reflection of other Pizza Hut's, I've used Lower Hutt and they have been fine. Check the raft of bad reviews before you order. Never again!

    Got order wrong. Had ordered a pizza with no Pineapple. The worker was going to pick pineapple pieces off the pizza. In the end made a new pizza. I asked where was the Apricot pizza they had leave off the sauce. I am glad I checked. Felt like nobody knew what they were doing. Hopefully they get things sorted.

    Disappointing. The Super Supreme pizza was a dried-out misery (see photo) and I got no idea what happened to the advertised "tasty Italian sausage, tender ham, green capsicum, sweet red onion". It's like Where's Wally of the pizza world. Took the remaining half pizza home, added toppings and cheese and then it wasn't too bad. The can of Coke was good.

    Ordered a pizza online, walked all the way to the pizza shop and waited for a few minutes whilst the shop keeper was fluffing around at the back after he seen me walk in.....finally get my pizza and walked back for another 10 minutes to find my pizza with no extra toppings which I actually paid for. Must be a hard life when you can't seem to get a simple order correct......... Tried to call the store but for some odd reason I couldn't get through

    Easy ordering online which allows you to pay in store. We arrived at the store and our order was ready. Pizzas and garlic bread were delicious. Loved the cheesy garlic crust on one of our pizzas. The dough was very crispy.
