   Avoid this place. The quality of food has been steadily declining. Chicken is tough and chewy, expired edamame.. I don’t know why I even bother going back. I must be a masochist.

   Rude lady, I asked if they could make up any sashimi today. Have had sashimi here many times and never been issues. Lady very rude saying the don't do sashimi and its not on menu. Tried to explain that I've had it here before but she wasn't having it and said they don't do it.

   Sushi was good, service was crappy. Charged me $8 for 2 small cokes. On the fridge and inside the fridge where I grab the drinks it say 2 for $7… asked about why I got charged $8 instead of $7…. No answer…. $1 doesn’t seem that much but it is in this economy. Also I usually wouldn’t have given to much fuss about it if service was all good but nah bit rude…. Maybe go down the road a bit further there’s a nice sushi place on the main drag….

   Sushi value of the day price has increased AGAIN !. Now increased over 30% in less than 12 months. Another buisness milking the "cost of living" crisis . It's no longer "value" , it's now a once a week treat instead of every day lunch. I'm certain these regular price hikes will be costing this company customers.

   I ordered sushi half box vegetarian, the other half smoked salmon. I felt cheated, only 3 pieces of smoked salmon. Not impressed!

   I ordered birthday platters, which on their pamphlets looked amazing. When I went to pick it up, the woman did apologise that they had run out of the platter trays. I was expecting the order of 120+ sushi pieces to be presented as shown on the pamphlet. So I get the sushi cramped, and stacked on top of each other... not at all like I expected. The sushi was so cramped together, it was hard to get it out, which was disappointing. Also very disappointing was finding out after I paid for our order... They charged me $3.20 x 2 for the two trays that they plied the sushi in. I was never told of the extra charges... very poor communication there. Everybody loved the sushi, it was fresh, beautifully made, and tasted great, so thanks for that.

   Have been getting sushi from this particular St Pierres for a while. However the quality of the sushi has been very inconsistent. Lately the rice is always over cooked to the point it tastes like cake, and couldn’t taste any of the sushi rice vinegar flavour. Will try other St Pierres.
