   Ordered the new handcrafted sourdough pizza - Chicken pesto. It was missing the rocket leaves that its advertised photo and written on the menu. I got someone else to pick up my pizza so by the time it reached to me it was too late to go back to the store. Since it was an online order I did not receive paper receipt to be able to provide feedback online. How do I provide feedback with online orders? the order confirmation number is not allowed when doing the feedback form.

   Uselessly managed, the whole work station was in chaos my pizza took an hour to be made and it was burnt and mishaped... the base bloated like a baloon and pretty much burnt the toppings yet this was still served to me . the place looked unhyginic as uber drivers and delivery drivers keeps going in and out of the kitchen. The person serving on the counter kept on jumping between serving peoples orders and making some food withouth washjng his hands and in the same time non stop wiping his wet nose on his fore arms. Some one from corporate should assess the situation of this place and see if the franchisee need higher level management training

   It was my first time at Pizza Hut. Hassan greeted me with a smile and helped me choose the best pizza. His suggestion was really good and the pizza tasted great. Nice service and good food , I’ll order once again.

   Worst service ever from a food delivery business. 30 mins after the estimated time of delivery still no notification of it leaving the shop. Tried calling store phone appears to be off the hook, then random knock on the door finally arrived, but part of the order is missing delivery driver gone in a flash, can’t contact the store I guess tonight I have chosen to donate money to you. NEVER AGAIN we have ordered 4 times and everytime there has been an issue and never been able to get through to store by phone, even drove to the store once. I choose never to donate money to you again……..do better Pizza Hutt

   Ordered dinner for delivery which didn’t turn up for over an hour after delivery was due, rang four times and they hung up on me. Went to the shop, explained the problem, took a long time to be understood then just got ignored. Duty manager profusely apologised but the staff member gave me several “dirty looks” which was damn rude. Really really bad experience, the food however was utterly brilliant.

   Wish I'd read some of these reviews before making the mistake of ordering from these guys. The photo is of the pizza that was delivered to me. I immediately took it back and asked to be refunded, which they refused to do because the manager wasn't in. I asked for him to call me the next day to be refunded... he never did. I would advise anyone to avoid getting ripped off by these guys like I was.

   Ordered couple of pizzas online for pickup. Manager named Gaurav was so rude when I rang to inform that he gave me wrong order instead of apricot chicken he gave apricot sauce on cheese base pizza and also for second pizza we customise pizza which totally screwed with wrong pizza as well order number 2206027625546 Disappointed never going pack we used to order regularly never had any issue with other staff as this guy was busy in talking with delivery people while preparing order so disappointed screw our dinner
