I bought an ice cream for my child and was charged more than the displayed price. I pointed it out, but at first, she didn’t acknowledge the difference. After paying, I showed her the displayed price and explained that it’s not right to charge more than what’s advertised. I refused the later refund.
Great sushi shop! Went here a few weeks ago just before the shop closed. Worker gave me a great deal and was super friendly. Sushi also tasted amazing. Would highly recommend!
I was ordering teriyaki chicken sushi, but as I was saying chicken teriyaki sushi , he cut me off and he thought I said “ chicken teriyaki and rice “ I waited for about 5 minutes , when I went up to the counter to collect my food, I saw a bowl and was a bit confused at first, but I thought the sushi was in the box, but when I went to the car and opened it I saw rice and chicken which I clearly didn’t order. We were in a hurry so I couldn’t go back to ask for a refund .it was also quite expensive for its taste. 20$. The chicken looks and tasted mid, definitely too much sauce , and don’t even get me started on the rice. I think it was soy sauce? But it was definitely Too much! It was VERY salty and it is disgusting. Also the lettuce smelled stale and unfresh.. the whole box smelt weird
Not great, food wasn't cold as it should've been from the open refrigerated display. Not much selection at 11.45am. Had the chicken sushi, lacked flavour, no offers of Wasabi or pickled ginger. Will not be returning.
fan-bloody tastic! Lovely meal with friends and family they enjoyed greatly! 5 Stars Would Come Again. Also Dumplings Were Perfect. Was greeted by a very kind cashier, His name was Ian. Dumplings were very squishy owo.
Ordered Fried Udon Vegetables have enjoyed this dish for years. Today it came through MenuLog and they used cheap Maggi looking instant noodles instead of Udon noodles, which they've never done before. There was zero flavor, whereas normally plenty of flavor and the small container was only 1/3 fill. They didn't even give me a whole packet of cheap noodles. Hardly any veggies either a few beans, normally sufficient vegetables. So disappointing. Beware to anyone who orders online they'll give you the cheap stuff that may not be what you ordered and won't give you a full portion.
Good place for bubble tea or sushi
my friends and i went to the outlet city chia sushi today and we all had different flavours of bubble tea. we were all overcharged and our orders were switched. about half an hour after we have had the tea, we all started experiencing the same symptoms of nausea and headaches. my friend even threw up over the nausea.
Be very careful of this place. My daughter purchased Boba and it had 3 ants in it, when we took it back to question it and request a refund they left us waiting out the front for about 15 mins until i called for them to come out. When they finally came out with the drink it was half empty, she had taken the ants out and then questioned my daughter what she wanted. When i asked where was the rest of the drink and where were the insect that were in the drink had gone, she said "they were tea leaves" When i said "no they were insects they had legs and a head!" She then back tracked and said "Ok maybe JUST ants!" Ummmm "Ants" are NOT ok! She turned and got the girl to give us a refund and retuned back to the kitchen without any apology or anything. DO NOT EAT HERE. If you do please check your food/drink they think it's ok for ants to be in your food who knows what else they think is ok to be in your food.
