   I ordered 12 spicy chicken wings and was told to wait 20 minutes because they were made fresh. I then waited 20 minutes for absolutely nothing, I was given 1 spicy wing and 11 original wings, without any explanation or consent. The staff made a mistake and chose to pass it on to the customer instead of owning it. Just gonna tell that staff, you knew exactly what you were doing when you handed over that order. In New Zealand, honesty is very important.

   Used to be a regular here but last night have put me off for life. Ordered on the new self service console. Wait 20 minutes, go up to counter and told I will have to have spicy chicken and tell them no, ifs too spicy for me. Told I have to wait which is another 10 minutes. They hand me the tray of food and the chips have been sitting there for the whole time and are stone cold. The replace them but another 5 minutes. Take it to the table and th mash and gravy ant 2 pieces of chicken are missing. Finally got the whole order but my garlic/herb chicken tastes terrible. Was over the place so finished and left. 3am wake up vomiting and diarrhea. Is now after midday and can't keep anything down and have nothing left to get out. I can't prove it was the garlic herb chicken but no one else had it and they are all ok.

   The best food and customer service. Store manger was so helpful to offer the good deals and served us fresh food. She also checked with us later if we liked the food and got overall feedback from us. I would recommend for best burgers, wraps and crunchy chicken. I just wrote that long feedback that my family's special event was made even more joyful. Thanks to staff for being friendly and prompt.

   First time here for lunch. Not sure if we were just super unlucky today, but this was not a good experience. - Saw their big signs outside for loaded fries so we decided to go in and try. We ordered on phone. Turned out they had no fries, but they offered to replace with buns or chicken. Couldn't refund the order until Monday (it was Saturday) so I went ahead with the order. - Workers' long hair swinging everywhere while preparing food. One of them was coughing. No gloves or masks. They all looked very tired of being there. - Asked for some napkins, the worker looked very done with her job, and pointed me towards the hand towels above the sink...such rough paper to wipe our mouths with...the napkins were literally right behind her. - The drinks machine was dispensing fizzy water only. - The chicken was bland and dry. Nothing against the staff, I can understand if they were having a bad day. We won't be coming back though. All the best. :)

   First time trying Texas Chicken & quite pleasant. Lady serving at the time was exceptionally helpful. We had no idea what was on the menu & nowhere in store was there a menu to look at to help us decide. Yes, there were menu boards above the server, but they kept moving & we had no idea what options there were. Server told us most of the menu & after asking us what we were after, gave us recommendations. We enjoyed our meal, chicken was tasty, chips were extra yummy, & tenders were larger than expected. Quite greasy, but overall good experience. Especially thanks to server. A menu somewhere (even on a wall) would be helpful.

   11/10 service and very efficient. The food was super hot and the honey butter bun was exceptional. It was so fluffy and asking for extra glazing was so worth it. The new honey chicken was also very yummy and juicy (drumsticks). The breast was a bit dry but that’s usually normal. Didn’t expect this from Texas chicken but was very impressed. The only downside is the prices of drinks seem to be quite high? And the menu wasn’t updated to the newest food items. Maybe Friday night is best to come visit after seeing all these negative comments.

   Terrible place. Full of dirt. Hair on the tables. Spilt drinks. Needs a good clean. Considering a Fast Food Restaurant - we were waiting 20 minutes for 1 piece of chicken and a Coleslaw. Chicken tasted off. I ordered a Regular Size Coleslaw, which was tiny!! Won't come back.
